- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with invoice, within 15 days of receipt of your package.
- You are responsible for shipping and return costs.

In the event of a non-conforming order, you will receive a full refund.

- We undertake to refund or exchange defective products or products that do not correspond to your order.
- The request must be made within 15 working days of delivery.
- Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
