At bedtime, after removing make-up and washing the skin, we apply a night cream to the face. Why do we do this? Because after a day spent in contact with the sun, pollution, perspiration, make-up, make-up remover... the skin has been put to the test. At night, it regenerates, and this is the opportunity to give it everything it needs to be in perfect health.

Whatever your skin type, you'll need to think about moisturizing. What's next? Afterwards, you'll need to focus on your skin's problems.

For dry skin, we'll be looking for a repair cream to put an end to the feeling of tightness. Perfect skin (yes, it happens!)? No need to go too far: a simple moisturizing night cream will suffice. More mature skin? A regenerating cream, generally with hyaluronic acid, combined with an anti-aging or anti-wrinkle cream.

There are now also night masks that bathe the face in a layer of hydration, leaving it toned and in great shape when you wake up in the morning.

The night is really the time when our body in general recuperates, and our skin in particular, does so even between two and four in the morning. That's when it regenerates its cells the most. With the passage of time, diet and sometimes even smoking, the skin has more difficulties, so nourishing it and enabling it to recover in the best possible conditions is the basis of beauty.

Your skin is your first material, so take good care of it.
